90-Day Comfort Exchange Policy

You have up to 90 days to get comfortable with your Savvy Rest mattress. The perfect solution when you're buying a mattress online!

Buying a mattress you can't try out in a showroom is a challenge. And, although we pride ourselves on a near perfect record of fitting mattresses to our customers, the Savvy Rest offers an extra measure of assurance because any of the layers can be exchanged during the first 90 days you own your mattress, for a small shipping fee.

Here's how it works.
Call us at 866-380-5892 and one of our sleep specialists will work with you to choose the right firmness for your body type, sleep habits, comfort needs, medical requirements. After your mattress arrives we invite you to sleep on it for at least 14 nights in order for your body to adjust to a new sleeping surface. If, after the initial trial, you feel one of the layers is not quite right, give us a call and we'll arrange for a layer exchange. A new layer will be shipped to you for a small fee ($75 for twin/full/queen, $85 for king/cal king). We'll enclose a return shipping label with your new layer. Simply unpack the new layer and put the old layer in the same box, replace original shipping label with the return shipping label and take to a UPS store, or give to your UPS driver.

You can exchange as many layers as you want during the 90 days from the time your mattress first arrived, incurring the modest shipping fee each time a layer is shipped.
