Customer feedback: We bought the twin size mattress for my daughter's "big girl" bed. The mattress is sturdy, but comfortable, and fits the bed frame well. The price is very reasonable for such a quality, organic mattress. The Clean Bedroom offered excellent customer service and answered all of my questions about the delivery. The mattress was shipped quickly and arrived on the scheduled date. This is the second time I have bought Naturepedic, we also used their crib mattress for my daughter's crib when she is born. Customer feedback: We bought two of these for our boys' bunk beds a few months ago. We've been very happy with them. They are very comfortable and the boys are sleeping through the night now! We don't worry about accidents or spilled sippy cups because of the waterproofing. I was concerned that the waterproofing might be too "crunchy" and make a noise every time someone rolled over. They aren't like that at all, so there is no noise to wake up our sensitive sleeper. It isn't plastic or vinyl-like. It reminds me more of a canvas with a flexible coating. One last nice thing to know, there was no odor when these mattresses were delivered. They went right into the room and the kids slept with them that night. Customer feedback: I bought this mattress for my daughter, who is about to transition from crib mattress to big girl bed. Since we spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping on our mattresses, this is a very important purchase! Naturepedic is the least expensive mattress that meets my tough criteria (I spent HOURS researching). This mattress is firm. I have slept on it a few times and wake up achy — I like softer mattresses. I ended up buying the Natura Comfort Plus Topper and the Natura washable wool mattress pad. Now the bed is like heaven and I have the added bonus of wool, which is a natural dust mite repellent, flame retardant, body temperature regulator, and so on.

If you like a firm mattress, this is for you. If you like a softer mattress, this is still the mattress for you, just top it! -- Kelly C., Durham, NH

Our thoughts: This mattress is the best of 2 worlds! The waterproof side allows the mattress to have a waterproof barrier so that when the child is young and needs the extra protection you will not have to add layers of mattress covers. It cleans by the wipe with a rag. The waterproof side is very firm. The waterproof fabric is pulled very tight which makes the mattress not have a lot of give. As the child grows it can be flipped so that the quilted side is up which is softer and a gives a bit more with the body. This mattress provides great support and is a great choice for those of you who want to only have to buy one mattress for your child; this will grow with them. Our thoughts: Amazing quality for the price! Which is why this model is our top-selling organic mattress. Mattresses in this price range do not have enough padding on the sides; when you sit on the edge of the bed you feel the spring system. Not on this mattress, there's plenty of padding on the edges. It's a favorite with children. A little bouncy, adults might feel the other moving. A few customers have told us to tell others that this is a firm mattress.
