What is PETE?
PETE is short for polyethylene teraphthalate, a clean and easily recycled plastic. Unlike other plastics, though, the PETE used in Nook sleep systems is both non-toxic and non-leaching, so much so, that it qualifies for the Oeko-Tex® safety certification. Your baby will have a safer night of sleep in a chemical-free environment.
