Sleep is just as vital to your health as diet and exercise, but the amount of sleep you need is not the same across the board. Sleep needs are individualized based on congenital characteristics such as age and gender. While you may be at your absolute best sleeping seven hours a night, someone else may clearly need nine hours to have a happy and productive life
