Apparently, a good night's sleep is not something that most people of China are very familiar with. Neither are African elephants, who only sleep two hours a day. It won’t come as a surprise to anyone that good rest and great sleep makes you smarter. This time around, science has proof. Also, we learned that those who can afford to be early to bed and early to rise, manage to accomplish significantly more than the rest of us. Which side are you on?
Speaking of sides, snoring partners can be a real pain for their significant other. Someone even published a collection of revealing and often funny tweets on the subject.
Just in time for World Sleep Day, a Philips survey provided an interesting report on the sleep prioritization habits of people across the globe.

If despite all your efforts you still struggle to fall asleep, then you can try breathing yourself to sleep, exercise regularly, cut down on electronic devices, or even call a hotline that promises to help you fall asleep faster.
