Care of the Gingerlily Silk Comforter with silk cover

Silk is a luxury fiber and you should always protect your silk filled duvets with a removable washable cover. If properly covered, silk filled duvets should almost never require cleaning. Unlike traditional bedding Gingerlily duvets are free from dust mites and as you don’t perspire using them, it should be unnecessary to thoroughly clean them.

To keep your duvets in the best possible condition, we would recommend that they are aired once or twice a year during the warmer months, on a line outdoors. Please always check the care instructions on the label.
