The Serenity is Savvy Rest’s flagship natural mattress. It is customized by combining layers of soft, medium, and/or firm natural latex. The Serenity latex mattress is encased by a sturdy organic cotton casing that has organic wool batting quilted inside. The organic wool fill of the casing promotes a cooler, drier environment, as well as a more comfortable sleep. The Savvy Rest organic casing is secured with a strong brass zipper.
Savvy Rest’s Serenity latex mattress consistently receives positive customer reviews. The Serenity is comprised of your choice of three separate layers of all-organic Dunlop or Talalay latex. For couples, the layers on both ends of the mattress are configured to fit the needs and comfort of the individual sleeper. The most popular configurations are the following three:
- Firm: firm bottom layer, firm middle layer, and medium top layer.
- Medium: firm bottom layer, medium middle layer, and soft top layer.
- Soft: medium bottom layer, medium middle layer, and soft top layer.
The natural Dunlop latex is certified organic in two ways. The rubber tree plantations are certified organic according to USDA standards, and its processing is certified organic to the Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS). The Serenity costs more than the Tranquility but the extra expenses may be worth the investment since the Serenity has three layers, offering more comfort options.
