This Naturepedic 2-in-1 Kids Mattress  is perfect for young children transitioning from a crib to their first “big” bed.

The organic cotton children’s mattress allows you to choose whichever side best fits your child’s development. It is beautifully created with a certified organic outer cover, a non-toxic polyethylene waterproof coating on the mattress’s top and sides, and a non-waterproof, plush side made with certified organic cotton quilting. It works well in trundle beds, platform beds, and bunk beds, as well as on a traditional foundation.

The Naturepedic 2 in 1 kids mattress provides orthopedic medium/firm support with six gauge wire providing vital support to the edges. The innerspring contains 14.5 gauge coil steel inner springs.

This organic mattress works well in trundle beds, platform beds, and bunk beds, as well as on a traditional foundation.  When you finish potty training, use the plusher, non-waterproof side until they head off to college.
